Initial consultation is free. On-site inspection, site-condition assessment, and a planning report carry an assessment fee; if you subsequently contract the work with us, the fee is fully credited toward the construction or design cost. Travel to outlying islands and remote areas is charged separately. Quotation validity and conditions are as stated in the quotation document.
4. Intellectual Property
The text, images, drawings, logos, layout, and other content of this site are owned by us or our licensors. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly transmitted, adapted, or used commercially in any form without prior written consent.
