Ministry of Agriculture Subsidy Zone (Taiwan only)
The programme supports growers building reinforced greenhouse and net-house facilities to raise disaster-resilient production capacity for quality vegetables, fruit, flowers, special crops, seedlings and mushrooms.

Fourteen equipment items are listed in total; each carries its own cap. Equipment is subsidised at 50% in all regions.
Who can apply
- Individual farmers; farmer organisations
- Industries: vegetables, fruit trees, flowers, special crops & seedlings (incl. tea), mushrooms
Key conditions
- Land must be legal farmland or conform to zoning; for land you don’t own, submit proof of use rights (co-owner consent, lease contract, etc.).
- Vegetable/mushroom structural steel-frame greenhouses require a valid traceability or organic certificate (incl. transition) before final accounting. Fruit-tree applicants must obtain it within 2 years of the completion inspection.
- Recipients must cooperate with the MOA crop planting-registration policy.
- Construction may only begin after approval; works begun beforehand are generally not subsidised.

Acceptance windows and offices follow the Agency’s current-year announcement; applications generally go to the local district office, farmers’ association, or county/city agriculture bureau.
Species-specific limits
- Flowers: only oncidium and phalaenopsis are restricted — oncidium facilities are limited to replacement of old facilities; phalaenopsis area is capped at 0.3 ha.
- Mushrooms: only replacement of existing shiitake, wood-ear, straw or button-mushroom facilities, under TARI or Agency project guidance.
- Special crops: wasabi and vanilla only; vanilla is limited to replacement of old facilities.
