From horticultural engineering beginnings to a focus on specialist greenhouse design — the full trajectory from traditional contracting toward becoming an integrated protected-agriculture service provider.
1992 — Founded
The predecessor company was established in Yancheng District, Kaohsiung, built on horticultural engineering, agricultural supplies, steel fabrication, and greenhouse construction. Approved 9 October 1992; business ID 86959917.
2016 — Capital Increase
Registered capital was raised from NT$5 million to NT$9.6 million, strengthening the capital structure and delivery capability.
2020 — Renamed
Renamed from "Hwa-Nan Horticultural Design & Engineering Co., Ltd." to "Hwa-Nan Greenhouse Design Co., Ltd."; the factory relocated from Yanchao to Qishan and obtained legal factory registration.
Today — Three Pillars
Built on three pillars — specialist greenhouse engineering, equipment and environmental-control integration, and standardised modular materials — advancing toward an integrated protected-agriculture service provider.
