Founded under the Chinese name 華南園藝設計工程有限公司
Started in landscape horticulture, metalwork, and greenhouse design & build; fabrication bases in Gangshan and Yanchao developing greenhouse-grade metal materials suited to Taiwan’s climate.
Capital increase strengthens the operating base
Registered capital raised from NT$5M to NT$9.6M, strengthening capital structure, risk resilience and delivery capacity.
Chinese company name changed to 華南溫室設計有限公司
The registered Chinese name changed from 華南園藝設計工程有限公司 to 華南溫室設計有限公司 — the English name, HWA-NAN ENGINEERING CO., LTD., is unchanged. The plant relocated to Qishan with legal factory registration.
