Founded — laying the greenhouse-engineering foundation
Predecessor founded in Yancheng, Kaohsiung — built on horticultural engineering, agricultural supplies, steel fabrication, and greenhouse construction. Approved 9 Oct 1992; business ID 86959917.
Hwa-Nan Horticulture Design & Engineering Co., Ltd.
Started in landscape horticulture, metalwork, and greenhouse design & build; fabrication bases in Gangshan and Yanchao developing greenhouse-grade metal materials suited to Taiwan’s climate.
Capital increase strengthens the operating base
Registered capital raised from NT$5M to NT$9.6M, strengthening capital structure, risk resilience and delivery capacity.
Renamed Hwa-Nan Greenhouse Design Co., Ltd.
Renamed from “Hwa-Nan Horticulture Design & Engineering”, relocated the plant to Qishan with legal factory registration.
