Emergency Repair

Greenhouse already damaged? Call +886-7-6167497 or send photos on LINE (alan03265)

For structural damage, torn coverings, and equipment failure caused by wind, rain, or impact, we handle the case as an emergency: remote triage first, ordered by hazard, then stabilise the site.

How We Accept Cases

  • Intake — accepted year-round; we triage remotely before we drive. Describe where and how bad the damage is, with site photos if you can.
  • On site — we stabilise first: secure the structure, stop leaks, seal breaches, clear dangerous debris, so the damage stops spreading. Full repair is scheduled separately.
  • Priority — ordered by hazard level and crop risk, not by who called first.
  • Service radius — estimated from our Qishan base in Kaohsiung; see the zone breakdown below.
  • During the storm — site visits are paused for crew safety. Working at height in a storm poses a real hazard, so we help assess the damage and interim measures remotely and set the order of entry.

The Real Bottleneck Is Material, Not Crew

Four Ways We Prepare

  • Stocked before the season — film, aluminium glazing profile, spring wire, and common fittings are prepared ahead of the typhoon season.
  • Our own fabrication shop — if the matching material cannot be sourced in time, we make it ourselves.
  • Whoever built it — arched, trussed, gable: we have repaired them all, and we can read the joint types and find the weak point on site.
  • A damage record you keep — site photos and a written damage assessment are handed to you, usable for facility-insurance claims and disaster relief applications.

How It Works

  1. Call or send photos — describe the location and extent of the damage; site photos help us judge faster.
  2. Remote triage — ordered by hazard and crop risk, not by who called first.
  3. Estimate and materials — cost range and material lead times confirmed before we set out.
  4. Stabilise the site — structure secured, leaks stopped, breaches sealed. Full repair scheduled separately.

How Emergency Work Is Charged

Emergency repair always costs more than scheduled maintenance — it displaces booked work and leaves no time to prepare materials. Charging is a call-out fee plus labour plus materials at cost, with a labour surcharge at night, on holidays, and during typhoon warnings.

  • Call-out fee — charged by distance according to Zone A / B / C.
  • Labour — charged on actual hours worked, with a surcharge at night, on holidays, and during typhoon warnings, because an emergency dispatch displaces already-scheduled work.
  • Materials — billed at actual consumption and itemised on the quotation.

Care Plan Members Go First

Greenhouse Care Plan members receive priority dispatch and preferential rates on both the call-out fee and the labour surcharge. Your drawings and component specifications are already on file, so our crew can work immediately without re-measuring or sourcing. And most emergency damage could have been reinforced in advance at a pre-season inspection. Explore the Care Plan
